Secret Story UK?
 

I was looking at the Big Brother Overall as a TV series and Not only it showed the new series on C5/5* but it said that Secret Story UK (without a link i might add) is coming to C4 in 2011 has anyone heard any words about a Secret Story since it's slowly becoming all the rage in Europe (Portugal, France, and Netherlands at least have it)

Nope.. I don't think Channel 4 would buy ANYTHING Big Brother. Secret Story IS Big Brother just with a twist.

oh my gosh yeah ive heard it and i know people who travelled to france and loved it even if they could barely understand it. I think it would do great cause tis like one step up from an already successful big brother format

2011 has past it's half way point and is rapidly coming to a close - it may seem like we have alot of months left but for them to design a house, studio, get contestants and promote it and all that kind of stuff it would of been done far sooner and there's simply no time for them to do all that and have it on Channel 4 in 2011.

So if you're going to start such a silly rumour, at least try and get a believable date.

yeah but it could be interesting to see two versions of big brother go up against each other where would the SS go tho if C5 is using Elstree

C4 have not bought it and I'm 110% sure they won't touch it with a bargepole.

It's far more likely that Channel 5 will turn Big Brother in to "Big Brother: The Secret" - that's what the Germans have done.

Im going like why the ******* would buy the right to a big brother clone made by the same company when they just cancelled the non twist one
