I'm not even drunk yet and I'm bawling my eyes out at this film. I should turn the channel over before the dog actually dies... I'll have a ****ing breakdown :S

Surely it made others cry like newborn babies?

Watched it in the pictures when it first came out.

I make sure it gets turned over about 15 minutes from the end now when it's on tv

I know what happens. Will never watch it.

Never fails to make me cry, I don't actually know why I have it on DVD because I find it so upsetting.

I watched it once and I'll never watch it again. Think I cried for the last half hour of the film.

Try reading the book :( I read it a long time before the film came out and because I'd spent so many weeks reading it, at the end it is the most devastating thing ever - the only time I've ever cried at a book... and I mean sobbed :laugh:

Dogs should never die in films.
