But do you think her being axed off the XFUSA was just a publicity stunt?i mean simon really wanted Nicole to be a judge right from last Year at bootcamp. but do you think its one big publicity stunt to boosts Cheryl Cole's career, i mean shes come back with a new look, and her new album set to come out in October/ Novemeber. also shes now being lined up as a 5th judge for the live shows. i dont know. its abit fishy.

I think Simon wanted her on the USA one initially but he would never go against the US producers that he runs after all the time.

I am just glad she is off the UK X Factor and hope against hope that she doesn't return this year or any year for that matter.

I don't think so, she took an opportunity and it blew up in her face so she's kept a low profile while she figures out her next move - I don't think she's the type of person to go along with a publicity stunt, personally.

Cheryl looked bad. She has gained only bad publicity. You don't created a publicity stuntto get bad publicity.

There seems to be a tourette's reaction to everything the X Factor does. This is largely their/Simon's fault of course, but this is no more a publicity stunt than Cheryl getting malaria was a publicity stunt.
