Gap between CBB8 and BB12

Do you think the CBB final will also act as the BB12 launch, like BB11/UBB,
or will there be a few days or so between them?

I would rather the CBB final and BB12 launch were separated by a few days, not on the same night.

Thoughts?

Seperate Days.

Finale on friday, launch on sunday. Gives them time to clean & mix it up abit.

I haven't been following the build-up too closely but I just assumed that if there was a CBB this summer/early autumn then the normal BB would only start in the winter or next summer.

I want it to be:
Friday: CBB final.
Saturday: Highlight show of the Celebrities' last day.
Sunday: BB12 launch night.

They would never show a highlights show after the final

I'd like a few days break. :)

Um, they use to do that all the time up until about BB6.

So can I not say anything without being criticised :conf:

You're not being criticised, but what you're saying is wrong. They did a post-final highlights show every year until BB7.

Oh it's not that it's just I think he has a problem with me in general and seems to enjoy making me feel awkward.

I would of said it to anyone?

You were telling someone they were wrong and that C5 would NEVER have a Highlight show on after the final, when infact that use to be a regular thing.

Regardless of the member, the same would of been said.

armand.kay 01-08-2011 02:51 AM

If cbb is 3 weeks and bb is 9 weeks and cbb starts on the 17th then they can have up to a 3 week break before launch.

Brian did an interview with Star Magazine and this was one of the questions..

How will the show work this time around?
"I still don't even know who is going in! I do know that Celebrity Big Brother will run straight into Big Brother 12."
Looks as if we have another BB11/UBB finale/launch :(

You were incorrect on a couple of things but don't pay attention to Patrick, he's been like that for days. Time of the month.

CharlieO 01-08-2011 06:11 PM

The less time they leave the Finale - Launch means the less viewers they will lose.

A week break would lose viewers.
