Endemol in debt - Big Brothers future, hangs in the balance!

Its been reported that endemol is in debt, and they need to pay it back, according to BigBrotherXtra Channel 5 have been in talks about 'what if endemol go into admin' and they might cancel it before the launch!!! Oh dear guys :(

Also, the Live Feed announcement has been put back to avoid backlash!!

Not looking good.

But what I don't get is there's been stories about live feed being replaced by mobile apps, so really the backlash has happend? And why haavnt endemol released a statement, wouldn't believe BBXtra but he was right about the presenters!!!

:( bad news.

Wikipedia is more reliable than BBXtra

edit : never mind i see now lol

Trust BBXtra to dramatize it to the max

DigitalSid 07-08-2011 06:53 PM

They have been in debt for a while.

ram513 07-08-2011 06:54 PM

BBXtra :bored:
I'd ask them for a source, before you start believing this

The_Big_Send_Off 07-08-2011 06:54 PM

c5will tell us no live feed then give us the house pics! just so were happy again! im glad c5 are worrying!

and will that been bb will be done with?

Joelle. 07-08-2011 06:56 PM

If they were in debt the most they would do is put it on hold indefinetely. They wouldn't cancel it unless they went under completely.
You source is very questionable though. :suspect:

ram513 07-08-2011 06:56 PM

it's not even on their site?

EDIT: Nevermind, it's on Twitter

BigBrotherfan4ever 07-08-2011 06:58 PM

I wouldn't believe that until, C5 or endmol make a statement themselves.

I'm more concerned about their description under the picture in that article.

But everyone's in debt these days so it's nothing new.

Exactly, it cant be that reliable if they think big brothers already bloody started :suspect:

Brekkie 07-08-2011 07:26 PM

More proof BBXtra haven't got a clue.

CharlieO 07-08-2011 07:31 PM

Wasting all that money on the house and adverts and stuff would be pointless. They wont cancel BB but it will probably be terrible because they can only afford one producer. And I doubt money will be going to charity this year from the phone calls.

BigBrother Extra?

Who are they?

This is Old News
well before the Ch5 Deal.

Ch5 Big Brother is secure.

Desmond can buy Endemol if he needs to.

MTVN 07-08-2011 07:44 PM

Can't imagine they'll cancel this series coming, not looking good for the future though

Yes Enedmol debts have been here for over a year.
The only reason some are stoking this,
is to make more cash from there crash.

Endemol is Lucky as Desmond can keep them Alive.
