Dont Channel 4 look cheap now.
 

I mean.... if we look at it this way..

- Advertising on ITV1
- FANTASTIC House!
- FANTASTIC NEW LOOK
- The new studio
- The giant eye where housemates come out of

I HOPE and pray channel 4 are crying, i hope they regret letting this go.

Channel 5 have just well and truelly pissed over what was C4 BB, and it hasnt started yet! WELL DONE CHANNEL 5!

Just My opinion, everyone else probably loves channel 4;s one. and thinks c5 are cheap.

Channel 5 may have gone all out and done a great job, but if they can't pull in the ratings then it will be all useless. :( i'm just hoping that the advertising can pull in at least a few who wouldn't usually watch it because I really really really want it to do well.

Has anyone seen it on ITV1 since this morning? They need to show it during the evening when it's most popular!

Channel 4 are s**t anyway for getting rid off Big Brother in the first place :suspect:
Channel 5 are awesome for bringing it back :worship:

They're not regretting it yet, but they will, once they start to lose viewers and Channel 5 gain more viewers, then they shall regret losing Big Brother and will become s**tter than Channel 5! :D

Hmm yeah but baring in mind it's the first series for C5 so they have to go all out to promote.

If C4 were promoting on ITV after 11 years of having the show they would have looked desperate!

They're not quite topping channel 4 yet.

Of course it's looking more promising than the years where channel 4 were no longer interested (or too scared to draw attention to the show). But let's see the actual execution of the show before jumping to conclusions.

Channel 5 have done well so far but the actual judging of their BB era starts on launch night really.

It's the best thing they've ever done - because they ******ing ruined the show the past 2 years, so yay for them ******ing off. :love:

Also their ratings are falling and CH5's are rising so, you know - Owned.

They've mastered the 'Pre Show' thing and really re-sparked the golden days with the hype, it's just a question of whether the cast or not will impress.

Which is why it was a dangerous ******ing move starting with CBB but oh well. :rolleyes:

It's not a dangerous move at all - Celebrity Big Brother is higher rating and gets more press attention. Much of the hype is coming from people speculating about which celebrities are going in.

I couldn't agree more. I think C5 are doing fantastically so far, I just hope they keep it up!

To be honest I have more faith in Channel 5 than I did. And I do think Twilightgate was a bit shifty however don't forget Channel 4 gave us 10 years of really good BB's. Yea BB11 and BB4 were arguably not the best. But without what Channel 4 did we would be where we are now so lets be happy BB is back and happy for the back catalogue that was amazing.

We are in a new era lets hope the housemates are amazing. :D

all that means nothing if they dont get ratings.
I know I didnt fall out over the last 2 series on C4 because of how the house was or where the HMs come out of.
Give me BBUK1s house with GOOD HMs & Ill be happy

Without live feed its nothing. If Channel 5 do not supply us with live streaming then forget about the new look house, studio and adverts... Channel 4 will still remain on top for Big Brother imo.

Channel 5 have probably been reading this forum or other forums and taking in advice and putting some things right. You got the feeling Channel 4 paid no attention to the fans of the show.

Still must have live stream or it's all for nothing.

I have to admit Shameless is the only thing I watch on Ch4 now. Even their documentaries haven't appealed to me lately. BBC3 ftw there

I compeltly agree! I mean just look at the outside studio... C4 only done ones like that for the final, C5 are doing it throughout the series!

Channel 4 were excellent for Big Brother right up to the moment that Jade & Co's bullying of Shilpa made the national headlines. Then they wanted rid of it.

5 pulled out of talks to get BB last year, presumably because they wanted a better (i.e. cheaper) deal.

We wait to see if they really are going to back this show. The House looks quite similar to last year's, no radical changes.

Everythings amazing so far, they just need good housemates, and good ideas and it could be a success.

and live feed of course.

Ch5 have a mammoth task ahead to pull in the viewers and they get high marks for effort. Whatever the show ends up being good, bad or mediocre the deserve to get something good out of this. Lets just hope Endemol dont screw it all up for them by chucking out the same rubbish they have been.

C4 didn't need to promote it like this though. It was theirs. It was BB and it was successful.

C5 have to go all out.
