As a US Viewer I Have a Question...
 

Jedward... what's the fascination? From what I've seen their biggest claim to fame was doing a cover of a Blink 182 song. I also that their attitude was complete shyte when they entered the BB house last season... So why do so many people obsess over these guys?

Don't have a clue tbh, they will be good in the house though, annoying everyone (and me)

Well they became famous on the X Factor, yes.

But they're more than just 'X Factor contestants' now. Well, outside the UK they are.

They have represented Ireland in the Eurovision and have had number ones in Sweden and Germany and are now very popular in Europe.

And of course they're very famous in Ireland too.

They were contestants on the 2009 edition of the X Factor. Have released singles, an album and represented Ireland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011. Pretty well-known, not very well-liked.

Nah that song wasnt really their high point, they just rose to fame by being the act everyone hates on the X Factor and then they had a number 2 single with Vanilla Ice

They're just renowned for being annoying really, some people might call it entertaining I guess

They're mainly known for being annoying in the UK but known for their music in Ireland and Europe.

I'd really like to see Katie Waissel, i think she'd be good. BB would give her the chance to show the public what a nice girl she is

They cant sing or dance..very well but i like them, i find them entertaining to watch and to be honest they are making aload of money and traveling the world when they have zero talent so for that alone they deserve some respect.

If they go in, I wonder how long they can keep up the act of being lively. It can't hold up forever :suspect:

Same, i got so annoyed when people booed her so much, she seemed like a really nice girl, and her singing wasnt as bad as people made out

cant stand them they annoy me in every single way! I am so so so so so hoping they are not in the house!

I think they they have the innocent cheesy pop factor that's been missing for years. All we have now is the rihannas, and etc. So many people embrace them cause they fill that void....
