Does anybody else watch this?

The trainers are evil! It's brilliant TV, makes me want to go out and lose some weight.

I've seen a few clips like when one guy fell of a treadmill and the trainer just steps on him

There have been loads of seasons and they always take a different spin, like families, second chance (people who have suffered badly in their lives), couples etc.
