The Picture of Amy Childs over her bed
What does it seriously say about a person's character if they have a picture of themselves, in a glamorous pose (ie unnatural)?
|
Nothing.
|
Is that a surprise??
I mean, what is this girl famous for again?? |
get over it.
|
lol its a photo from the task she dint bring it in with her ! lol i have photos of my self in my house it does not mean annything
|
Up her own arse !!

You think it means nothing for someone to put a picture oh herself above where she sleeps? And as for the 'get over it' comment - is that the level of intelligence here? I just find it baffling. I clearly despise the girl and all she stands for, but am interested to know what people feel this shows of her character. Psychologically it is a strange thing to do.

Also it is ridiculous to compare photos of yourself (in your own abode) to being on TV and puting the picture of yourself for launch above your bed. Of course it means something. I'll let you fill in the gaps though. I can't be bothered to state the obvious. |

If you live in a house with about 10 other people you just met and have just selected you beds, putting a photo of yourself at your bed is one way to claim a corner of "ownership" in a environment where nothing really gets to be yours. Really says nothing about character to me. Lot's of people put name tags on their things if they know they will be in a communal setting, etc.

It was from the task. Who cares? It isn't like she brought in a trunk full of photos of herself and put them all over the place.

Didn't Rachel Rice have a photo of herself as well?

Comment 2: Agreed it is a way of claiming ownership. But one has to ask the WAY in which she has claimed ownership. A picture of herself. Is that the best she could come up with. A name tag is hardly comparable to a picture. One is understandable, one is self absorbed, materialistic and shallow. Of course it says much about character. She is further demonstarting how looks are everything to her and she is happy to show herself to others visually. I have noted she has no personality, except for being a shallow product of her society. The placing of the picture psychologically demonstartes her lack of depth and any introverted side of her character. As for the comment 'leave her alone'....surely that is what a forum is for. I haven't damned her to hell or degraded anyone else here. I merely claim she is a materialistic, shallow product of her times, and it is pitiful that such an odious person can make so much money and feed off the artificial land we live in. |

1) Did she have other pictures as well? 2) Was it a picture taken by big brother of her posing, or was it from home? 3) Was it as large as the one Amy has? etc...the list goes on. Perhaps most vitally, Rachel wasn't the brightest spark, but I don't think she was as blatantly shallow and self absorbed as Amy, hence a picture on the wall could mean many other things, based on her slightly more complex personality. |

Nothing wrong with it? In fact some previous housemates have kept their official BB picture by their bed.

2) Also why the use of 'evil'. I suggest you improve your vocab. I take it you mean - negative purpose. I can answer the question. Of course it is not always for a negative reason. But with a rather shallow character like Amy, who is almost the polar opposite of myself, I am going to pick up on some of the things that annoy me about her. That is what the show is about. But hardly evil. |
