Robbery suspect wears underwear on head
 

The Dallas Police Department has issued a video of a suspected robber wearing underwear on his head.

The surveillance tape has been made public to help the authorities identify and locate the man, who robbed the Exxon Tigermart at 2503 Lemmon Ave on the early hours of August 16.

"In the attached surveillance video, the suspect is seen entering the store wearing what appears to be a black and white flower dress with white boots," police said. "His face is also covered with what appears to be under garments."
