Big Brother has banned hot water in the House after Bobby and Tara broke Big Brother rules and discussed nominations

Didn't BB say they could discuss nominations after Kerry failed her diva task?

Brilliant! bb should've let the viewers know the no discussing nominations was back on but hey ho at least they're starting to do horrible things.
