Wouldn't normal housemates be punished if they acted the way Jedward do? Like the bothering other housemates and thrashing stuff? Or have the rules changed...

Equally I suppose you could say that Bobby should have been punished for making someone drink his sweat.
Look back on not just this series but BB11 and BB10. People do stuff all the time and don't get punished, it's nothing like it used to be back in the early days. It's not JUST Jedward.
