4 reasons not to worry about the ratings

1. Relative to other Channel 5 programmes, the ratings are fantastic! This means there's little threat of it being axed.

2. Your votes count more! With ratings about an eighth of what they were in their prime, the amount of votes will be similarly proportionate. This means your votes must count about 8 times more than they did in BB's prime!

3. Ratings don't affect the show! If the show had 10 million viewers of 10 thousand, the tasks will be the same, the housemates would act the same and the eviction crowd would be just as rowdy!

4. The Daily Star will always produce fictional stories for our amusement no matter how dire the ratings are!

I've got this feeling that tonight's ratings will be higher as it's on at 9pm. But the 11pm Eviction will fail.

But I dont usually watch it on TV, I tend to watch it on Demand5.

Do they include those viewers into the ratings?

No, I don't think so, but behind the scenes they will know roughly those figures too which really means the ratings are only a guide anyway.

After all the ratings are only collected form about 5000+ homes and the ratings are also only registered as and when someone in those 5000+ homes connects by activating the box to say they are actually watching anyway. If they forgot to do that, they'd be watching but it not be known.

I don't watch it when it airs, I Sky+ it, then watch it the day after.
