If you're excluded does it go on you record?

This isn't about Patrick's thread btw, I've never been excluded! :) But my friend has been like three times.. so when he's applying for a job does it go on his record? He was excluded for things like swearing at the teacher or fighting so would that go on his record? He has been excluded three times from 3 days to a week.

thankss

It wont make a slight bit of difference to him getting a job. The only thing employers care about from school is your grades.

Technically it should go on a record but it isn't likely to affect jobs. But with increasing competition for jobs you never know what they will look at in the future.

Oh okay :) I thought it would be a bit silly to base things like that on a job when he's older.. he might have changed, thanks :)

Most criminal convictions also are wiped when you are 18.

I think you still have to declare them when working with kids or vulnerable people though, but Im not sure.

So basically, do whatever the hell you like when you are young, it affects nothing
