Leg Cramps

Just remembered I had one last night. They are awful. It's probably the worse pain I've ever been through

have you ever had leg cramp? or cramp in general.

Yes, it ****ing kills xD

They can make you scream in agony - well, I do ..... :o

I get it sometimes, and have to jump out the bed and put my foot straight down on the floor so it goes away.

yeah i woke up and screamed but then I stood up and it was okay

I always think i'm having a fit or a seizure though. cause you just wake up straight away, it's awful.

I had mine in daytime lying down, couldn't move my leg...when I finally did the pain suddenly went :/

I get cramps :(

I've never had one during the day time. Only at night :suspect:

I'd say they're worse at day because as you feel it coming, it's already too late xD

oh okay i think I have had one when I was awake, but i was in bed. they are just so awful, why do they exist?

OMG I randomly had one in my left leg a few weeks back on a Thursday night and then exactly a week later I had one up my right leg. Thought I was being possessed and doing the can-can in my sleep

Sometimes even doctors don't know

I get them in my feet sometimes. When I get them I just do what Josy does.

You all need to exercise more

The worst leg cramps are when you are stretching after waking up. You're all comfy in bed, have an amazing stretch which feels like the best thing in the world, then BAM!... the most excruciating pain sends you shooting upright in your bed clutching your leg then hobbling around the room trying to get rid of it.

Yep, that's the one ..... :shocked:

They are caused by dehydration. I always get them when I am sleeping after a night out on the liquid. They kill.

But was so embarrassing last week I got them in the middle of swimming team and I worked so hard not to scream but it killed and I was ****zing in the middle of the pool and it was so so so humiliating.
