What was Rebeckah supposed to do? Heaven kept going 'wow' as if she knew something that she was taking pleasure in Becky not knowing..but she got owned because Becky didn't crumble as Heaven expected her to and instead kept on at her 'why are you waving your finger, Heaven' and eventually Heaven had to leave because her game didn't work.
