...am i the only person here that doesn't 'get' the fascination with her? No doubt she is a decent singer, but nothing more than that IMO!

That squeaky, out of tune voice technique thingy she does will begin to grate on people in a few weeks time, i guarantee it!

She bores me witless.

Also, how is she going to cope in the 'themed' weeks? Big band week and her won't go together well...

Her voice is unique and easily identifiable and she doesnt have to sing hard to capture attention. Shes great.

I love her voice but I can see a Diana V.2 eventually happening and she'll eventually lose her support to some of the bigger singers because her performances will sound very similar each time.

I don't think it's about 'getting' someone, probably more about taste in music/voice.

Some people like that style and some people don't. It would be a very boring place if we all liked the same thing.

I think she is very like Diana Vickers in the way she sings, I also think Janet is very overrated in my opinion.

She's awesome, but she won't win it unless she proves to be more versatile with her style.

I love her voice, similar-ish to Dianas but not as irritating. I think she's more Ellie Goulding than Diana actually

Can anyone find her 2nd Judges House song in full? I only got a short 28 second clip so far of it. Sounds really good.

She's unique but boring. I don't blame people for not liking her. The public will see, in about 4 weeks time, just how boring she is and how undiverse she is.

I don't think she is boring at all.Of course she has her style and they shouldnt try to change her too much from that, but she sang Aerosmith and Coldplay whos songs I think are far from boring. Plus if you see on her youtube videos she even sang Cee Lo Green and other such songs in her version. I think they should try to test her though in later weeks instead of play safe as she did in week 1 with Fix You.
