That does look fake, I would hate to think the whole thing is a publicity stunt.

Why would she fake being pregnant?

As a publicity stunt, or because she actually has a surrogate mother but doesn't want people to know.

Notice the look on her face in the video when she sits down too, then she quickly tries to covers her stomach with her arm.

I'd imagine if it is fake then she has a surrogate carrying her child, and that she wanted to keep it quiet? Maybe she can't carry children and wanted to hide it from the press.

She's probably just got a really wobbly bump at the moment and is wearing some sort of support to make it look like a baby bump rather than flab. My mum's 20 weeks pregnant at the moment and her bump is only just starting to look like a proper baby bump rather than a flabby beer belly. Remember, she's still got to keep up her appearances whether she's pregnant or not.
