Well, the show needs some sort of shake up seeing as how we're stuck with a lot of pointless HMs, none more so than Jemma who promised so much, and delivered so little:bored:

No it got annoying and it's easier for BB just to give them secret missions in the DR.

But ToT often had more charisma than most of the HMs.

No it become boring and predictable! secret tasks can easily be given in the diary room! proper secret tasks though not like the few we've had this year.
