Changing the nominations
 

Will just mean that if Anton and Jay can do what they are supposed do, that the whole house is up (or at least everyone other than these two). There is no way they will let them choose which two, it is far too risky.

They will probably choose a housemate to replace one of them or join them up for eviction.

They'll probably choose Gemma.
