What do channel 5 have to gain from making Aaron look bad?
 

Genuine question here? What do they have to gain? What does it matter to them if Aaron/Jay/Alex wins?

Jay would make a much bigger impact, eg advertising and promotions for the company - surely that is obvious to see?

How would he make a much bigger impact? Aaron has a really big fanbase love him or hate him he is 1 of the biggest characters in the house and without him BB ratings would surely slump dramaticly. So why would they allegedly try so hard to get him out the house.

I think alex and harry are getting the bb winner treatment by big brother.
Jay has not had it that easy compared to them 2

Because BB knows Aaron is popular but they have decided they don't like him for whatever reason and therefore they are giving him bad edits.

Aaron isn't perfect but he is the next best thing after Alex and Harry!

C5 launched the show with the intention of it essentially being "young and sexy". Unfortunately for them, the winner of CBB was not Amy, Kelly or Lucien, but instead Paddy - the 52 year old man. In this series of Big Brother now, Aaron is the oldest housemate in there and he looks set to win so far and they're probably annoyed by that because they need someone like Alex, Jay or Louise to win to prove their point that the public like the young goodlooking housemates. It's a bit awkward for them if the oldest housemate in both series ends up winning. :p

Of course there's the issue also with them owning The Daily Star and them needing people to fill in the pages. I've yet to see a semi nude photoshoot of Paddy appear in the Star but you can guarantee there'd be loads of Amy if she won!

Jay & Alex are much more favourable winners for Channel 5. Don't forget their owner also owns The Star & OK Magazine, their chavvy readership will lap up them spread over the pages for weeks on end, I can't imagine their demographic are really Aaron fans can you?

Aaron has looked bad all by himself without any help from C5 and BB.

because lots of things have been left out of the HLs,there are plenty of vids that show Aaron having a laugh and loads of fun,they never get shown!

I think channel 5 would give themselves a better image by favouring the likes of Aaron to win.Lets face it Aaron really does not seem the type...along with Harry and Alex to want to find fame and fortune in the spotlight.
Aaron or Harry would make dignified winners and cast off this 'wannabee' image that BB has produced.:dance:

You just need to watch the highlights shows to see how they cover Aaron and Faye as opposed to Jay and Louise.

One is more negative ,the other near all positive.it's becoming more clear that they want Jay and/or Louise to al least be in the final,hoping one wins it.

They cannot rig the result but they can 'guide' nominations and highlights to make one look good and the other not so.

Yes, by a mile. He's sulky, manipulative, sneaky and thinks of no - one but himself and what suits him. He is the most self - centred person in the house.

I don't think C5 would really care if Aaron wins, he's not that controversial a person. And in fact he's playing a good game in there (up until Faye & Jem's mom's opinion was played into the house), but yea he would make a good winner. He's articulate and pretty handsome plus he's witty.

So maybe they're not against him.

How are they suppose to make Faye & Aaron look positive when they brake up all the time, compared to the other 2 who are really happy but for one break up which was covered
