Housemate's relatives nominating Aaron.
 

There's a part of me that believes some of the relatives nominated Aaron because they see him as a threat to their respective relatives in there just as I saw Harry's and Aaron's relatives doing the same with Jay.

It was easy to give a reason for nominating Aaron thanks to Jem and what she's been saying in there.

What strikes me odd was Faye's mum who said on BOTS that she doesn't like the way Aaron is treating Faye. She went on to say she liked Aaron in the beginning, but when questioned on why she sees Aaron mistreating Faye she talks about the time when Aaron kissed Tom and Maisy and when he said Rebeckah was his favourite then slagged her off behind her back. While these reasons seem plausible they were all at the beginning of the show at the time when she said she liked him.:conf:

Back then he wasn't that close to Faye and their relationship has moved on every week since. Yes Aaron can come across as a twat at times, but I also think that applies to Faye too.

Yep - methinks that too! Tactical voting and massive gameplans - and all this on the outside!! Think Aaron is hugely popular and can survive all this, but think the massive head*******k is quite unfair.

Yes Visage,she couldn't have been THAT bothered about the Maisy kiss as when they had their letters fayes mom said in hers "say Hi to Aaron for me"so I just think she was being nasty.

I think Momma Palmer is just an evil, nasty, controlling witch. Just like Jem. I don't think they want her to be happy to be honest...

The other nominations for Aaron though I saw as completely tactical, as why would they give two hoots about Faye? Some even nominated Faye as well lol...

Yeah with Jay and Lou's mum I'd say it was definitely tactical. They're the rival couple getting all their precious little darlings airtime

No nominations were cast for Alex, and shes been the clear favourite for a while now..

I think you give them too much credit, they obviously watch Bots and OK (I would if it was my child), and all you hear on those programmes is what a bastard Aaron is, how he's a manipulator, a game-player, and how he's using Faye.

It's no surprise that these opinions have permeated the views of some of the parents, and parents, like those of Louise probably now feel he's been false to her in order to advance his own ambitions.

That's what happens when you show one HM in a continually bad light, whilst others get the majority of their bad bits wiped from history. Do you think parents wouldn't have voted for Jaye if they'd known about his penchant for freezer-abuse? What about the missing events that Rebekah has been on about?

Parents would hate things like that, but it's never shown. Instead they show half of Aarons conversations, and a lot of footage of him sulking.

Yeah I agree, definitely a case of eliminating the competition.

I think thats invalid too though, Alex hasnt faced the public vote yet so even though she's been fave for a while, no one knows how big her fanbase actually is.

They would be checking odds, watching BB BOTS to see whos in with the shot most... etc. Alex has always been 1 of them HMs. To get not 1 single nomination sort of rules out they were nominating tactically, although it would have been a great strategy, espicially if they could speak beforehand.

i agree didnt make any sense to me she wasnt bothered by the maisy thing yet when jem goes in for five minutes shes gunning for his blood

makes absolutely no sense and the others saying it too baffles me-just seem like one big set up
