I think the real reason was to make the video funnier. If not, then its done it anyway. I cant imagine it being half as good if real rave music was backing it :D

He's very funny when he is like this. I've always found his sarcastic wit humorous, but I especially like seeing this funny silly side to him.
It's a pity we never got to see more of it during the series, as I would probably have liked him a lot more if we had.
