You got Harry wrong ...accept you have got Aaron wrong too...

You can't go on believing and wasting your money on a fake. If Aaron wins, it will be because nobody wants to admit they are wrong. That is going against the spirit of BB.
Harry told it like it is - as I knew he would. The minute he was evicted I thought 'here we go! I knew Aaron was going to be exposed.
Harry is from a privileged background and in my experience that usually means he has the confidence and upbringing to say what he really thinks more than your average Joe. I didn't particularly like Harry because of the foxhunting, which I am dead against!!! But he is certainly savvy and intelligent. He had Aaron's measure to a T. I could see it in the house. Anyone could who wasn't blind - just go back and listen to a few of their conversations - Harry was pretty clear that he knew Aaron was gameplaying like crazy and using Faye (remember the comment 'that's what worries me') , and he probably thought that the outside world could see it too. So he probably didn't have a clue when he came out that Aaron had so many people taken in.

Yeah but then they always use the sarcastic "Playing a game on a gameshow" argument. But at the end of the day, they can't have it both ways.

Ain't gonna stop them trying tho - or stop the flow of hypocritical bull**** that's gonna come because of this lol

Claymores 29-10-2011 02:15 AM

who is the "you" jet?

I voted Harry to stay but obviously Joe/Joanne public like a bloke who puts crap in a freezer much more.

I'm shocked he got 2nd to Aaron - I've always known Arron is a player who's gameplan is fading, but at least he's nice bloke

Spot-on!

They're all playing a game, it's just that Aaron is playing it better and that's why i support him.
His game has been played brilliantly and even his worst enemy in there admitted that.

"You' is fans of Aaron. My post was about Harry and Aaron, not about Jay, so I'm not sure where you are coming from. :conf:

Vicky. 29-10-2011 02:21 AM

Never thought Aaron wasnt playing a game

Still dont think hes using Faye though, no matter how many times it gets repeated :)

newyorkjgjg 29-10-2011 02:23 AM

Traditionally, gameplayers don't win BB. The great British public don't really gel with plotters and planners. Genuine, entertaining people who are true to their personalities win every time. It's a Brit thing.

JTM45 29-10-2011 02:33 AM

Nearly every person who goes on BB has a gameplan whether they admit it or not so i think you'd be surprised by how many gameplayers have won BB if they were completely honest about it.
The people who've won BB without any gameplan are very few and far between.

Your first sentence - You are exceedingly fond of gameplayers then? I ask because you have championed him at every turn.

Your second sentence - You think Harry is lying then? I thought he was your fav HM.

:conf:

JTM45 29-10-2011 02:45 AM

It's a game so why would it be wrong to play it like a game ?
At the end of the day he's a good person who cares greatly for his son and even his ex-wife (to be) and he's playing a fantastic game.
What more could you want in a BB contestant ?

Harry is my second fave. Also I took what he said as tongue in cheek tbh, but even if it wasnt, its just his opinion at the end of the day. Doesnt mean I think he is lying, more that my opinion is different to his.

And yes, I like gameplayers. My fave ever housemate is Makosi, and I loved Victor too(though I must add, cant stand Victor now..since he sold out). Biggest and best gameplayers BB has ever seen ;)

Hi - I'm coming from being a supporter of 'nice' people and ALWAYS wanting twonks gone. I brought Mr Wassock into the debate as I'd prefer not to have him on my LCD ever again. I apologise.

Aaron is fine and a player. I said above I must have been one of the few who voted Harry!!!!!!

I played the BB game from a negative perspective - wanted the horrors out then didn't care who won the finals week

"you" does not pidgeonhole everyone. Not an Aaron big fan here, but better him than the freezer crapper or Alex who was a wannabbee on BBC3

You said in another post Harry was your fav over Aaron. Maybe you change with the flow.

I think too, that Harry's opinion has a far greater weight than yours, seeing he was living in the house 24/7. Wouldn't you agree with that?

How long ago was that though...lol. People change favourites you know, they were both around equal at the start of this week, but Harrys hardly been featured recently. Hence why I voted for Aaron this week and was planning on chucking votes harrys way if they reopened the lines(though it turned out that I had to work and missed the damn eviction  )

And no, I wouldnt really. Opinions are opinions :)

So we know better than those who are in the house? That's a new one. You have said the opposite when it suits you.

Like? The housemates are obviously going to know more about what goes on than we are, especially as we have no LF to go on. But opinions...are still opinions. Also on more than one occasion, Harry has said the total opposite to what he said tonight anyway, so forgive me if I dont take one sentence as absolute fact :D

I never said that we know better than those in the house did I? So get rid of the strawman. EVERYONE has opinions on every matter. No opinion is right, and no opinion is wrong. To add to this, noone besides Aaron and Faye know the actual truth about their side of the relationship, everyone else who comments on it is just going on their own opinions.

Personally I would never change my opinion just because someone elses is different to mine, so just because Harry apparently thinks its fake...sorry...nope, not changing :)

Vicky. 29-10-2011 03:26 AM

I dont think I have ever used the word opinions that often before in my life, nevermind in one post :o

Okay, fair enough. I have my opinion and you have yours. The difference is that if Harry had come out and said that Aaron was a 100% decent guy - that in conversations with him he believed he really cared deeply for Faye and he was totally genuine I would have been swayed and admitted (very reluctantly, I admit) I MIGHT be wrong about Aaron. Harry is no fool.
If Aaron proves his love for Faye is real over the next fortnight, I'll reluctantly admit I was wrong. But I truly believe I won't be.
Tonight when Harry was evicted, Aaron was seen clutching his face in his hands in genuine horror. He had an hour to contemplate that either Faye or Harry was going - yet the horror of it being Harry was very telling. He really thought Faye was going to go and that would be a blessed relief for him, because he has dug himself into a deep hole there.
He isn't as good a game player as he thinks he is. It's all very transparent to those who haven't got blinkers on.

Jords 29-10-2011 04:13 AM

I dont understand how fans can say he IS playing a game but NOT using Faye?

Pretty sure they are just saying it to make him look good. Most of what he does revolves around Faye.....................

MartianMark 29-10-2011 04:27 AM

First of all Jet.. I think you and a few other posters above me need this...so to turn that frown upside down..on behalf of all Aarons fans...

It's probably just me, since this is my first time watching BBUK but I don't quite get all the noise about "game play". Granted, BBUS is considerably different from BBUK, in that it's ALL about game play and manipulation.

At the end of the day there's 100,000 to be won. You assume that the public has in some way been deluded by him. You really couldn't be farther from the truth. He's done more in that house to keep the feeds on him, while still being a decent human being and just an all around nice guy. If that's what you consider game playing, then more power to him.

I fear that my perception of what constitutes good entertainment is vastly different from a few posters on this thread. I am in no way implying that anyone's opinion is right or wrong. Of course to each his own, but I am still rather disheartened, particularly by vitriolic diatribes directed at a HM that is hardly deserving of it.

I will be happy to delete this post if I have broken any rules with that last statement.

Again, two-way street. IF he is using her, she's using him just as much. Remember, she only showed an interest in him AFTER he got the most votes in the first eviction. She could have just as easily not shown any interest in him whatsoever. But as usual, he's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. Its just pure conjecture at this point.

luminoussun 29-10-2011 04:44 AM

Letting them talk about nominations automatically makes game playing a must.
Ok they are still worried about the cameras seeing it.But it will happen.
I think anton harmed himself by blatant game playing..he should of learned from the master Darth Aaron
