Why do acts have to be versatile?
 

Irks me that they're forced to do performances that totally aren't they're style, which ultimately leads to them leaving

If they're good at a particular style just let them get on with it

Because artists have to evolve from album to album. If you're a one trick pony you won't last. Plus it makes better TV

Because an album full of ballads is boring as **** to listen too

Musically yes but you don't have to make them jump around like a prick if it clearly doesn't suit them
