Worth Catching Up or Not?

Hey everyone, I haven't been on this in months now, because I'm sooo far behind on this year's BB.

I'm only on about Week 4, I've so far enjoyed it and I'd say Aaron is my favourite. So is it worth catching up on? How good is this series and how would you compare it to previous BB's?

I think it's been a really good series, been a bit dull the last couple of weeks but still enjoyable IMO, I'd say it's worth catching up :) and welcome back btw

Welcome back :D

It's been a brilliant series and I would love to be back on week four. Stick with it, there's some great drama over the weeks and if you're a fan of the show you really wouldn't want to miss out on this series.

Yeah I have a good feeling about this series, think that having all the HM's of a young age was quite a good idea. Cheers mate good to be back, missed this place!

Up to week 7 it is great, last week was really boring, and the last 2 nights have been average

Thanks man!

Sounds very promising indeed, I am definitely going to catch up now, it's finding the time to do it though lol, I was such an idiot for falling way behind earlier on.

No. Week 4 was the last good week.

After then everyday it's just Faye and Aaron arguing then making up, Jay and Lou adoring eachother and Alex saying she loves choclut.

I would say that the producers did an absolutely brilliant job of selecting the housemates. I was worried about them all being too young, but for me the absence of a father/mother figure has lead to far more potential trouble. I think going into week 4 i’d have said it was my favourite series of all time, but for some reason since then the producers have constantly felt the need to tinker with the format, add family members, mess with nominations and generally mess around. I also feel they have shown a lot of bias to certain housemates and that spoils a lot of the enjoyment.

I also think the public are to blame for the season getting progressively worse. For some reason, the vast majority of voters can’t see beyond the fact that big brother is a TV gameshow. People seem to be more interested in “getting housemates out” rather than “keeping them in”. Rebeckah, for example, was one of the best housemates big brother has ever seen. A complete bitch, but the drama she caused was absolutely gripping. If i was ever out and missed an episode, i would be sure to record it and watch it ASAP. Now, if i miss an episode i don’t even bother to look what’s happened. Surely the public should realise by now that housemates like her, Anton and Harry should be saved and kept in at all costs? I’ve posted before about how great i think a last 5 of Jay, Aaron, Anton, Harry and Rebeckah could have been.

It never seems right that someone like Louise can make it all the way to the final, but i guess that’s the nature of the show.
