Two child killers faint in court as they are sentenced to life
 

Serenity was visiting Butts, her godmother and her mother's best friend, and Cunningham, who was Butts's lover, for two weeks at their home in Summerville, South Carolina when the abuse took place.

'It is nearly impossible for words to accurately describe what these women did to that poor little girl,' said Elizabeth Gordon, assistant managing solicitor for Charleston County.

'They beat her repeatedly both with a belt and with plastic coat hangers. You can see the outlines of the strikes on this child's body. There is not one area of this child's body that was unharmed except for the soles of her feet.'

Too much drama - the pair should be fried, but will, no doubt, be targets for "revenge" in one of the most violent environments in the world - a US prison .....

Both should be hanged until they are dead

A sentence well deserved after reading the details, I do feel a little sympathy for their parents though. It must be soul destroying to know that someone you brought into this world could be capable of such an act.

They have forfeit any right to life. Death for child killers shouldn't be too much to insist on. And if you want someone to pull the trigger, I'm sure there would be a long, looong queue of volunteers.
