Theres no going back from this point and its all downhill from here. Its like when Nikki went back into Big Brother.

They should have left well alone and just continued with 6 acts. A new act at this stage is just unfair on the remaining 6 acts and on the winner (most likely Amelia) themself because of being at a huge disadvantage of having no experience. And because this year is completely up in the air in terms of who could win, Amelia could well do it or reach the final.

I think Little Mix will be the ones to suffer the most from this

All shows jump the shark at some point or other, it was good whilst it lasted

I think the only thing they could have done is bring back johnny. Anything else is truly unfair.

Yeah I dont think its right. And thats just well and truly stuffed up the m and s adverts and the charity single as amelia isnt featured on the ad and will prob be in the background on the video for the charity single. Having said that it should have well and truly been sung on the show now the charity single and it should have been released and in the charts now. Whats taking so long? They defo should not bring anyone back it will well and truly mess up the show. Its not fair on the contestant being brought back or the other contestants who have worked hard to get through to this stage and to make the tour and whoever gets brought back will get an easy ride to this stage and onto the tour. No its unfair im angry about it. But its defo amelia who will return leaving kelly with having the most acts left in the competition. What a huge cock up this all is!

Tbf its not like the Nikki Grahame situation at all as the public didnt vote to have Amelia in the bottom two the week that she went.

This isnt fair at all. Especially on johnny and the risk. Because whoever comes back it will be as if they got further then them. When clearly they didnt. Johnny should be coming back really. I think thats the only fair thing to do. Im very annoyed and I know the majority of the public are going to be so yep your right. X factor is on its way down :nono:

They have no other option but those 4 acts if they're bringing anyone back because the public didn't vote for them.

But Amelia will look extremely dumb and hypocritical if she's agreed to return for the vote because she and her family have done nothing but slag the show off since she was axed.

Not really. The Risk came bottom of the public vote, Johnny in the bottom 3 and lost in the sing-off. These 4 acts haven't faced the public vote yet.

Although I do think it is pointless, whoever is chosen will be out within two weeks.

Amelia would still be in now if she had been saved over Sophie in week 1 anyway

I think the best solution would be to have no elimination this weekend. Instead on the sunday, have the charity single performed and also have some of the acts doing little duets with each other and stuff. Have a pressure free weekend and let the acts enjoy themselves and not have to worry about going home. Oh well its not gonna happen instead we got this stupid twist. Was probably a fix all along anyway to get ratings back up and to get people and press talking. Seems like the kind of desperate attempts they would go to. People are saying that whichever act gets voted back in will prob be gone in two weeks and it doesnt matter. Thats not the point they will still end up in the final 5 and be on the tour when other acts have worked very hard to get to this stage. Sorry to keep going on but im just so annoyed

This is a great idea, shame they won't do it. Also I agree with what you say (I have bolded it) here. Especially for The Risk who should have been on the tour and were robbed. If The Risk got included in the tour and Johnny was reinstated then that would be much fairer imo. There's nothing to stop Amelia trying again next year.

Yeah that would be best. But its not happening they are going ahead with this. The ratings are going to go even lower now. Oh well its their own faults if x factor now fails. Will be quite happy to see what amelia can do though now

It will be great to see her on the show, she was one of my absolute favourites, I just think she has no chance of winning due to how it has all happened, which would be a shame as Kelly should have picked her in the first place, ah well. I would rather see her return in 2012 and hopefully get through again and take her chances from show one.

Personally not fair to bring someone back from week 1 as they have not performed for the last 4 weeks so not fair on remaining acts.

However if the case on bringing someone back from week 1 was a option, it should be James as Frankie was in Garys Boy Cat so he should be repalced with James another boy, and who was clearly 100% more talented then frankie.

But for me I would just keep it as it is now. Fair that way

You're not allowed to re-enter if you make it to the live shows stage of the competition.

I said when Kelly chose Sophie that she would have done better to keep Amelia. That said however, you could also argue that as it is one of the BOYS who has gone, shouldn't the BOY stand-by replace him? Don't get me wrong, I think Amelia will get back in on singing merit........but the whole process now seems tarnished.....

They've definitely killed the show
