Need Focus/Motivation?

Listen (with headphones) and watch this. It helps improve both, good if you have a lot of uni/college work to do. :)

What if I be a rebel and don't listen without headphones?

Benjamin 14-11-2011 02:24 PM

You won't get the full effect of it. :)

Binaural beats mess me up. I feel dizzy and incredibly tense if I listen to them for more than a few seconds. All you need is a good wank and a cup of tea.

I like to do it when the kettle is boiling and have a sort of hearty race with it.

:laugh3: ^

Have you got one of those fast boil kettles?

Stu 14-11-2011 03:58 PM

She's a standard Morphy Richards model. The speed it boils depends on how much water is in it though so I fill accordingly in a carefully designed manner to mirror the type of relief session I want.

It's all very scientific.

You should get one of those steam kettles that you put on the hob and they whistle when done.
