This is a character called Evil Edna, quite why they named a tv set Edna is beyond me, but it was in a children's programme and I can't remember what it was called? Anyone know it?

I think the late Kenneth Williams did one of the voices in Willow the Wisp

He did the voices for all of the characters I think...he had a great voice
