Stand-out performances from this year show

Not asking for a list. Was just thinking though has there really been any? Everyone has differing opinions, but most agree that last year there were some extroadinary performances from Matt, Rebecca, Cher even Aiden with Mad World and Diamonds are Forever.

This year, the fave/2nd fave, Marcus has not had a single stand-out performance where you say, fcuk me that was class. Little Mix had ET, the performance last weekend was really good too, especially for a group, but wouldnt class it stand-out. I love Janet, and really like her performances, but her best have been week 2 and 7. Love them personally, but for sure not on the level of some of last year and its safe to say none are as good as her very own audition. Craig with Jar of Hearts may have been special and Amelia's return song. That is about it.

I love Little Mix take on E.T,infact thats the only performance of this series that I would listen to again.

The standard isn't as high at all this year imo. I can't think of one that really blew me away

This has probably been the worst series of X Factor talent-wise I've seen (the only series I haven't watched it the one that Leon won, which going by what I've seen was worse than this year)

i think reet petite was pretty much on the money from marcus, but this year has been poor in a sense that last years winner matt cardle set the place on fire with hit me baby one more time, first time ever i saw your face, nights in white satin.
all 3 were goosebump material

Indeed, all three were superb, and Cher's 'Stay' was the same for me. There's been many good performances this series, but no really great ones!

Spot on, Matt gave some stunning performances, no-one from this year comes close. Both Rebecca and Cher had stand out weeks as well. My favourite was when Cher did Stay. Awesome.

There was quite a few that I enjoyed last year, like Aidens Mad World,Cher with Stay and Paije with Let It Be,and Matt with Nights In White Satin.

For the comedy end of it Wagner singing Creep and Bat Out Of Hell was brilliant.
