Next week's running order
 

Be prepared for Amelia to be first on and Misha to be either 3rd or last. They will give Misha and Little Mix the special pimping treatement I am sure and be the last 2 acts trying to get them both into the final (Marcus I think is safe enough).

Also watch out again if you decide to bet on next elimination as no one will know until the last moment if it is sing-off or not. Basically they will want Amelia gone next week so if Amelia is last in the votes they will not bother, if Misha is last they will add the last minute sing-off.

You may say I am very cynical about all of this, but they did the exact same last year with Cher.

BTW if Misha isnt the first girl on next week (we will see) would she beat a record as the first contestant to get to the semi-final without having to perform first in their category?

Janet performed first girl 6 out of 8 times (7 of those weeks there was at least 3 girls in the competition). That has to be another record :pp

They seem to want Amelia, Misha and Little Mix in the final more than Marcus

Nah Tom, they want Marcus in the final, they gave him the special treatment when they got rid of Craig. I think they realise Marcus is a shoe-in for the final and possibly Little Mix werent far behind thats why they neglected them for this week. I think they knew it would be between Amelia and Janet for the other bottom 2 spot with Misha and Janet messed it up really, but even a good first performance last night and they would have nailed her down, the messed up lyrics just helped them do it alot easier.

I'd be very surprised if Marcus gets beat now in this competition. Its between him and Little Mix though, as said they will want Misha as top girl and so will Kelly as it would clearly destroy her credibility (Amelia in the final).

LM were last this week, they deserve 3rd or 4th at least :D Marcus first and Amelia second

With 4 contestants left it really does not matter and you do not easily forget the first performance.

Also there are 2 rounds which eliminates being forgotten about because youre right on next once lines are open.

precisely, at this stage in the competition it doesnt matter one iota what position you sing in, judges comments have a lot more effect on voting. i remember last year fuming that they kept putting matt first in the later stages of the competion, as i had backed him to win from the start, but in the end when the results came out it proved to be irrelevant as he was pissing it every week!

That's why they were putting him first as they didn't want him to win.

Matt was oustanding, no one else could have won that year.

they would have known he was gonna win the moment he topped the vote after his bleeding love performance!

they could have forced him to sing without his mic being connected to the sound system and he would have still won!

Possibly true however Rebecca Ferguson was catching him all the time and at the end of the final was probably the closest she had ever been to Matt, suggesting that their production style manipulation was working, but they just couldnt pull Rebecca Ferguson back in the votes enough.

Anyway this year I believe Little Mix is their first choice to win with Marcus 2nd for the production. So I expect in the SF this week for Little Mix to be pimped to try and get more votes, especially the Janet vote. However, I do believe they will be happy all the same with Marcus winning, though I am unsure he will be a success after the show.

They've really been pushing Amelia in the last week or so, not just on the show but the M&S advert too. Its practically Amelia ft some X Factor finalists. I think they definitely want Little Mix & Misha in the final and they aren't too fussed who joins her. I feel they are set on a Little Mix win because its their best ever chance not just for a group to win, but a girl group. Plus Tulisa is the only judge that viewers have taken to and what better way for her to return than as the winning judge?

Exactly, and in the end it cost her. So although I detest Misha B, I WON'T LOSE too much sleep if Amelia, booted out in week 1 (wrongly I admit) is asked to go on first, considering she has sung last TWICE in the 3 weeks she has come back......:nono:

Tbf Amelia needs that help as she missed 4 weeks of the live shows,but what is Mishas excuse? shes been there since day 1 yet she has to be stuck on in the last 3 always.
