Amelia: Is it unfair that she is in the final?

eh?

Adamw92 04-12-2011 08:07 PM

Not at all, she deserves to be there

Black Dagger 04-12-2011 08:11 PM

Nice biased poll <3.

StraightEdge695 04-12-2011 08:11 PM

no she was voted through it was fair

Brother Leon 04-12-2011 08:14 PM

Yes but I don't mind because I can just watch her on mute again :D

GypsyGoth 04-12-2011 08:15 PM

I don't think it's fair.

But this show isn't ever fair, so I'm not surprised.

x2

No. The public voted for her to return (everyone could have not voted for anyone), and she got voted fairly from then on.

joeysteele 04-12-2011 08:35 PM

Two weeks ago I would have said yes, after last nights performances though, I would have to say she totally deserves to be in the final.

I guess I was wrong to moan at her return when in fact nothing was her fault,it was Kelly's short sightedness and bad decision that robbed Amelia of all the previous weeks performances.

King Gizzard 04-12-2011 08:37 PM

Yes.

To top it all off, she's not even that good.

Do you really believe that though? Just how fair was it?

The X Factor was hit by fix claims after the news that Amelia Lily was to return to the show appeared online before the phone poll closed and before Dermot O'Leary announced that she had been voted back into the competition.

The piece even went as far as to describe mentor Kelly Rowland's reaction to the news.

Expect her to win!

And the public vote that put her into the bottom two, Joey.

Mystic Mock 04-12-2011 09:05 PM

The only reason she was in the bottom two was because she was given a weird song choice.

Anyway no its not unfair, its unfair that Little Mix can forget there words and basically be the worst on the night and yet still goes through and hardly anybody mentioning about them forgetting there words, instead we get excuses like she only forgot a short part of it.

This

No it is not unfair. She fully deserves her place.

Little Mix on the other hand, do not deserve to be there. They are a very average, highly unpolished act, even after all these extra weeks that Amelia didn't have the benefit of experience from: and still she outshone the group,.

Again I would put that down in the main to Kelly's bad judgement as to the song choice.

Ok, that's a fair comment that I can't argue with. My point is though, was is it fair that she returned?

It totally is fair but it would not be a win for Kelly if Amelia comes first becaue she made the wrong choice in week one.

Agreed, but it shouldn't be about a win for the judges, they've already made it in their own right.

Jack_ 04-12-2011 10:56 PM

No, and she should have never been sent home first week, it should've been Sophie. She wipes the floor with all the other finalists.

Kerry 04-12-2011 11:13 PM

Don't care. It's been a farce from beginning to end anyway. I'm half expecting another bloody twist

No, I didn't agree with bringing an act back, certainly not the way they did too..

BBfanUSA 05-12-2011 12:19 AM

She sung her way out of a singoff so i'm fine with it

This. Completely agree.

Niamh. 05-12-2011 09:59 AM

I do think it's unfair, but it's not her fault either so I don't begrudge her it. I think If Kelly had kept her in first day she'd probably have went around the same time Sophie did.
