Louise modelling golf stuff
Was reading my Women's Golf mag (yes, I like golf shoot me) and who should I spot? Why, our favorite soap-dodging shady model. Don't know if this has been posted here.
For all you Louise lovers she's modelling golfwear for specialist sportsbrand Glenmuir (quite a decent company so she must have been paid quiet well) http://www.glenmuir.com/catalogue/ho...irt/index.html http://www.glenmuir.com/catalogue/ha...irt/index.html http://www.glenmuir.com/ Think this must have been done prior to BB as her hair looks fringe-free and she looks decent. |
I don't think there is any denying that as a model, she's well suited.
However, it does make me wonder, given the way she portrayed herself as a scat lover and being really off the wall by thinking Jay writing messages in blood was romantic etc: would put companies off using her. Certainly companies with a good reputation such as Glenmuir might....the first thing I 'have in mind' now when I look at her are all those types of convos. So she may have done more damage to her modelling career that good. |
Louise has definitely damaged her reputation as a model for the reasons you allude to Snowball ie boasting about not washing, hairy armpits, poo loving, picking and flicking dandruff, admitting that she likes picking scabs. Sadly Louise is not tall thin enough to do haute couture or high end fashion (which is what she craves) so it's the rather lucrative shampoo, hair removal and body spray type contracts that she needs to land. She has failed to grasp that she may be beautiful but that's not enough, being clean and hygenic is a basic requirement for modelling especially if you want to do commercial contracts and hair n' beauty and body sanitary stuff. Who's going to employ someone who openly admits to liking having dandruff, hairy pits and washing every 3 days?
All Louise has left is now short term celebrity modelling contracts in the likes of OK!, New and Sun's Fabulous pull out wearing stuff from Primark rather than her dream of Prada. And it's not as if high end companies are snobby about using reality TV staff to model now. Amy Childs (TOWIE) was in Vogue wearing stuff from designers labels such as Alberta Ferretti. Jedward have posed in the likes of Aubin and Wills and Gucci for ueber fashion photographer Terry Richardson. Diana Vickers has her range on mid market fashion site Very. Plus James Michael from X-Factor who was axed in week 1 live shows is modelling for the very high-end / designer men's fashion portal Mr Porter (brother to Net-a-Porter.com) http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/ar...et-Porter.html |
Ermm, newsflash, nobody gives a shiit about BB anymore. Most people who work with her, have no idea about these thing you mention.
She is not modeling because of BB< only because she looks good. Its not like she is a celeb. SHE is just a model. |

Louise wont get jobs now, because of BB. She will get them, as she did before. And, yeah, some people might know sh was on BB, but they wont know details of what she did. Its not a populr show . Only FMs, and things like that know anything about it. Back in the dAy, everyone would be aware of it, because bb was popular. |

Also: it's pretty common knowledge that models (even these days) who resort to glamour modelling and nudity - tend to limit themselves to that type of work and the more tacky type work. They rarely move up the modelling career ladder as most high end companies don't want models with that type of background at the start of their careers. |

You guys are looking a it a avid BB viewers. I am a casual viewer, and Louise was just a nice boring. Even if you research her, you will draw the same conclusions. And seriouly yall really dont seem to know, how irrelevant BB is now, in the real world. nOone cares about it. It wont stop you from getting a job, unless you did somhing awful, which made headlines. |
Basically, whatever people were doing before BB, they willl continue doing the same. It aint gonna open or close doors, not like in the past
|
Louise said she wanted to change her modelling career, move away from the glamour/ soft core stuff or give up. It sounds like she wants to do more fashion-forward type stuff. Agencies will think twice about putting her forward to clients for more 'cool/ high end stuff' unless it's done in an ironic 'let's put someone from TOWIE in Vogue' kind of a way. It's nothing really to do with how she was in BB, the fact that she was in BB is bad enough. Her brand is damaged.

I now have images and visions of Louise doing work for products such as headlice, hard skin of feet, verrucas, athlete's foot, those toenail fungal products...., you know. |
