Why would an angel need to say hello to a fetus?

The neurological connections in the brain are only starting to form, so there is probably little or no consciousness in the brain cells.

And why would an angel allow itself to be photographed? They dont normally, do they?

Besides if it was an angel and not some random sound echo returns wouldnt the operator of the scanning equipment have noticed an angel in there and mentioned it at the time?
