How was it on here for CBB8, compared to BB12?

It went reasonably well, we had #Team Bobby on here, and some amusing posts.

I don't think so. There is too many people who are either skeptical or who have been turned sour by Channel 5's spin on the show. It will have a dedicated following of about a dozen or so of the regular, prominent posters who like it and will discuss it heavily and whatever generic new posters come along but that's about it I think.

There hasn't been that many new posters come along either. Maybe that will change when the series begins but considering the fact that the site doesn't work half the time you try and use it I can't imagine as many people becoming members as what would have done in past years.

I agree, without lots of new members it probably won't be that exciting. I'd be put of if I'd joined recently it is very slow.

Theres a difference between forum success and ratings success.

Compare TiBB and DS during CBB and BB12.
CBB the forums were quite dead, especially DS, even though the ratings were higher. Then came BB12, which delivered lower ratings, BUT the forums were buzzing again, much more than CBB

Probably about 10 people posting on it in the day and about 30 after the episodes

My taste seems very different than the forum's. Of all the ones confirmed so far, Franke is the only one I would possibly like. He is hated on here though :joker:

I wouldn't say he was hated, he's doing quite well on the housemates poll,
I think Frankie will make good TV, I quite liked him in X-factor.
