the Twins are live wires, they need a guy that can keep up. Romeo has been a wet rag, i don't know if that's how he really is, or if he's just being overly cautious because he's on TV, but he certainly doesn't seem up for it.

Also i think they are focusing on their career right now(hence being on the show), and not even necessarily looking for serious relationships.

No,I don;t think they are.
They might have had some interest in maybe Frankie or Kirk but they clearly have guys hitting on them all the time and also haven't liked Kirks and Frankie's talk and habits so are likely fed up with it.
Also though because of the choices available to them outside the house, they can be extremely selective.
