Got a callback but waiting on email.....
 

My girlfriend got a callback, but she hasn't received her conformation email, the lady literally said the time and "in London" and the date. So are we right in assuming that you go to where the open audition venue is on that date at the right time (obviously take ID as they'll need to check you off the callback checklist or anybody would turn up) but is there anything else anybody is aware of that we aren't?
Any specific part of the venue she needs to go to?
I would go with her but I know I won't be allowed in the building so it seems rather pointless !

The emails usually come quite late and will have full lists of instructions - last year's said about bringing snacks etc. and gave full directions to the venue.
