Do You Eat Wholemeal Bread/Pasta?
 

If not why?

I only eat wholemeal bread and pasta and I don't understand why people like white bread, It's tasteless and unhealthy.

I agree. I rarely eat white carbs anymore. I do not even like them. Brown bread tastes so much nicer, I find it disgusting when white bread turns into like dough in your mouth. :yuk:

Yes, ever since I went on a health kick three years ago and switched, now I don't notice the difference. But I still have white bread every now and again as a treat

Not so keen on pasta, well most of the sauces that is. Always eat wholemeal bread, don't like white bread or any bread with seeds.

Actually I tell a lie, I like white bread-cakes if I'm have a fish-cake butty.

Wholemeal pasta tastes exactly the same apart from a tiny difference in texture.

I do not eat pasta. I do like wholemeal bread but only when I "thin it"

Loathe wholemeal pasta but LOVE wholemeal bread... but not the seeded stuff: plain wholemeal (Hovis & Warburtons preferred).

It's delicious toasted and smothered in very unhealthy butter - but by 'eck..... t'is lovely. :D
