In what position do you usually sleep?

Fetal

side

side, then recovery position..y'know, just in case..

Fetal. Then usually stretch out on my back in the middle of the night.

Side or stomach. Can't sleep on my back for some reason.

If I sleep on my back, it usually results in sleep paralysis. I try to fall asleep on my side or my stomach.

Stomach/side.

I sleep on my side, then roll onto my front with head always facing left. I have never been able to sleep on my back or on my front with my head facing right.

Face south and bum north.

Side.

How on earth do people sleep on their stomach I've always thought that'd be so uncomfortable :suspect:

I usually start off on my side but end up on my stomach, I can't sleep on my back because someone told me, when I was a kid, that you have nightmares if you sleep on your back and I've been paranoid about it ever since :/

On my right side, I find it so difficult to fall asleep any other way.

I'm exactly the same except my head always faces right :suspect:

i have to face the door so yes left for me too, scared of the dark at 39 #embarrassed

I'm normally all over the place so no one position.

I absolutely hate that. I always panic. lol

It's like we are a married couple. :laugh:

But I always sleep facing left on my stomach because facing right means you put more weight on your left side and you can feel your heart beating, and it really freaks me out.

Start on the side, but who know's where I'll end up in the morning

No idea I am normally asleep when I sleep.

:laugh: I tried loads of times and each time I had a nightmare :bawling: probably because I was thinking about having nightmares
