Favourite demo tracks that never got recorded
 

I don't profess to know much about music, but I do know that I would have loved to have heard these tracks turned into songs, either by the intended artist, or by anyone else failing that:

Demo songs sung by someone else for another artist. Like mine, Myah Marie recorded them for Britney who never recorded them (or never released a recording).

Also live counts too since it hasn't been recorded.

I'd say Ke$ha with Till The World Ends but idk if that counts.
