What about grease laden cheese burgers, kebabs and stuff like that I would say they are a lot worse than a bit of white bread or pasta.

No I do not believe they are worse. I think those are absolutely vile and I would ban them also but my first priority would be white carbs.

They are not good for you in anyway and are linked to so many illnesses. Plus take away the white bread from cheese burgers and they are wildly more balanced and healthy.

I honestly do believe so many problems are caused by white carbs.
