Favourite newspaper?

What do you, or would you read if you had to choose? Poll coming up.

MTVN 22-02-2012 06:19 PM

The Independent, normally get it most days

Callum 22-02-2012 06:20 PM

Daily Mirror but I rarely buy newspapers. I read lots of Daily Mail articles online but I'd never buy their newspaper, their journalists are appalling and completely biased.

Bollo 22-02-2012 06:22 PM

The Guardian.... but my favourite bit is the G2 magazine

Shaun 22-02-2012 06:23 PM

The Guardian seem to have the most interesting articles, and I'd identify with their political stance the most... but the readers can be extremely irritating and self-righteous. I like Metro because it's free and an easy read, and also like The Times since it's edited really well and a nice compromise.

Can't stand the Independent, their writers seem to be very archaic and joyless.

CharlieO 22-02-2012 06:26 PM

Guardian or Sunday Times.

Doogle 22-02-2012 06:28 PM

Metro or Guardian.

King Gizzard 22-02-2012 06:28 PM

Can honestly say I've never bought a newspaper

Jack_ 22-02-2012 06:38 PM

The Guardian or i for me. The former because its articles are the most thought-provoking and interesting, and the latter because it's the most concise, easy to read. Anything but the Daily Mail or Express though. And The Sun. I know that's so cliche but, well...they are God awful abominations and a disgusting waste of the paper they're printed on.

And the Daily Mirror to me is just like a piss poor imitation of The Sun (even if its political allegiances differ quite a lot).

I tend to read the news on the internet, If I buy a paper it's normally the daily mail

Boothy 22-02-2012 06:57 PM

The Metro.

It's the only thing I miss about having to take a bus.

Me. I Am Salman 22-02-2012 07:03 PM

Im terrible, I never read broadsheets and just always read tabloids  But anyway, I read The Sun, Metro & The Daily Mirror regularly. I hate Daily Star as its just tacky.

Chuck 22-02-2012 07:08 PM

Guardian

Angus 22-02-2012 07:12 PM

The Times. The Sunday Times ticks me off though, you need a trolley to get it home what with all the mags and supplements.

My father buys The Sun, I am ashamed.

Jack_ 22-02-2012 07:41 PM

arista...a Guardian reader? Are you ****ting me? That's got to be a joke...

Locke. 22-02-2012 07:44 PM

A nice big virtual slap from me for whoever votes the Sun.

Don't buy newspapers myself.

Patrick 22-02-2012 07:46 PM

The Sun or Daily Star.

mizzy25 22-02-2012 07:49 PM
