TiBB's Song of the 90s is No Doubt's "Don't Speak"
 

I did the noughties version for this about a year ago and M.I.A.'s 'Paper Planes' narrowly pipped The Killer's 'Mr. Brightside' to the title. So it's only fair I try and kick off a 90s version.

Anyway, I've collected 80 songs so far from critics' lists of the best songs of the 1990s, and here are those eighty:

I started the 00s version with a hefty 160 songs - and I hope to do the same here. This is where you all come in. I'll permit you all to submit your own TEN songs for the contest - however, in order to qualify, they must then be seconded by at least 2 more users.

There is a limit, however, on how many times a user can second another's suggestion (although you may edit your suggestions, as long as you draw this to my attention) - for sake of easiness, the limit of secondings is also TEN.

I'll edit this post with all submissions, supports and a tally of how many votes each user has remaining.
