Novo took one for the team and killed a woman that was going to snitch on all of us. As a result he got hit with a sentence. He should be a hero to us all. It is only right that the soldiers welcome him home in true style as it is only a matter of days until he is back where he belongs.

The party will be off the hook. Me & Locke will go pick him up when the time is right and bring him back to Orlando's.
