Will the gorgeous Spencer & Kate ever \'get together\'?
 

I hope so, and think they will eventually, but I will only believe it when I hear them say it. Never believe the tabloids!

If they do then I'll be delighted!

I'm not entirely sure about Spencer, he did seem to shy away from any commitment with Kate whereas she appeared to be totally infatuated with him!

But then again, I wasn't totally sure about Paul last year, I thought he was possibly playing Helen for a fool at one point. And look what happened to them :love:

I think they will probably go out on a few evenings together but I doubt whether it will get further than that! There was not enough spark between them in the house to suggest that they were onto something lasting.

Having said that, there wasn't much between Tom and Claire in the house and look what happened to them .... so I could yet be proved wrong!

The reason why it was not as obvious as Helen & Paul, that they fancied each other, is because Helen & Paul wear there hearts on there sleeve. It would be hard not to understand what H & P were feeling.

I think it is obvious Kate is mad about Spencer, however Spencer doesn't like to show how he feels. I think he likes Kate a lot, and just because he doesn't shout about his feelings from a roof top does not mean he isn't as crazy about Kate as Paul was about Helen.

Spencer likes to play things cool. I think the public will be the last to know if there is anything going on, there may already be something going on. I know this is a rare feeling, but I am more bothered about Kate & Spanky then I ever was about H & P. It didn't particularly bother me whether H & P got togeher. But of course I am pleased for them!

Also Bonzo, you have a vested interest in fancying S&K don't you?

We didn't have the chance to see things develop with them as we did with P&H. But even if we had, it wasn't going to be inept, and I liked the ineptness.

P&H were cartoon characters, a proverbial double act. That's why I loved them. Take the 'phone number' conversation. Pure slapstick, perfect timing.

Awful flirting I agree, but fantastic to watch. Loved it!!

As for Kate and Spencer, I don't know, it might work out, they have an important life event in common. I won't be anywhere near as upset if it fails as I would about P&H though.

Not sure if S&K will make it. I keep remembering how Kate kept saying that they didnt have much in common. She lived in London and loved clubbing etc where as Spencer lived in East Angular and was into country pursuits, fishing etc. Cant see Kate fitting in there. I think they will be friends, but anything else I doubt it. I hope I am wrong cause I like both of them.

The only thing which is great is that none of the potential couples from this year are having the media interest that PandH had to put up with. How they coped with that I will never know.

According to Heat today Sophie and Lee were see in Ibiza walking hand in hand followed by loads of people - how romantic. Now they are two who I cant see lasting at all.

That was one of my favourite funny moment in BB2. as you say, perfect timing. It was moments like that which made them so right for each other.

As for Spanky and Kate. Well. If it hasn't already happened "And who knows". Then I don't think it will. As I have said before I don't think either of them are really romantic. They are young with raging hormones and that's about it I think. Sentimental as in H/P Nahhhhh I don't think so.

Oh dear, I think we have talked this through to a conclusion, the fact that S & K are not in papers give me hope, because THEY are not seeking publicity. So no-one can say they are just gonna get together for publicity. I am fairly cartain they will get together, but knows.

Finally some great relationships start through 'raging hormones'. And I have had some relationships with people I had barely nothing in common with, but they worked. In fact having nothing in common can make a couple in my opinion.

Well, judging by their 'activities this week', Kate and Spencer are as inseparable outside the BB House as they were inside. It's quite obvious that they're a couple now, (you only had to listen to them on Capital FM to realise that) even though nothing 'official' has come out. But come to think of it, why should it?

Its always staggered me to find so many people who thought that their affection wasn't genuine. It was always as clear as day to me that they both really liked each other, and it wasn't just 'raging hormones' either. We would have seen them PJ-Jade style otherwise.

Good luck to them both I say.

They are obviously having at least a little interlude. Whether it will turn into something long term no one can possibly know.

They are probably both a bit too young and fun-loving to want the 'love of their life' scenario yet.

I agree completely, even though most of the 'darlings' on these boards disagree with me. I think I may have seen u post over on oh Spencer. yae or nae?

There affection was always genuine, but who can predict the future, I always thought Helen & Paul would never get together! But I am damn sure they are gonna have a whole lot of fun finding out! Spencer & kate shared many caring moments together. They just aren't as media happy as couples from previous BB's, which is refreshing!

Regarding the Kate and Spencer vs Paul and Helen thing, to be honest I just feel like everyone expected the next BB romance to be just as sweet and tender. I personally didn't find H/P that interesting, in fact I barely watched BB2.

Part of the appeal of BB3 for me was the Kate/Spencer dynamic, but it was shocking to discover how many people thought it was a publicity thing. Sure they could barely keep their hands of each other, but they did plenty of talking too, which Channel 4 quite annoyingly refused to show. Thank God for E4!

By the way, does anyone know when the uncut video comes out?

Totally agree, Helen & Paul's relationship was childish and boring!

I loved watching Kate & Spencer and never had any doubts!
Channel 4's editing with Kate & Spencer was very very annoying!!
Spencer's final week saw Kate & Spencer having very intimate chats & flirting, yet they hardly showed any of it I wonder why.....

But of course Princess Alex was up against Spencer!!!

God, what I'd give to watch that beautiful 'childish and boring' relationship unfold again on screen.

It was the most fantastic thing to watch, incredibly poignant and natural.

K&S did nothing for me at all.

So we beg to differ, but no need to fall out. I'm just old enough and have seen enough of life to recognise people falling in love when I see it.

Maybe K&S have or will fall in love. Good for them if that has or does happen. It didn't happen on screen though. A mutual attraction happened on screen, and crawling in bed together so quickly immediately distanced it from the long fight against an irresistable force that P&H had.

If that was childish and boring Bonzo, so be it. I loved every minute of it.

Totally agree ROB we liked to watch different things.

There is no right or wrong, however I don't think any of us can really know when love is in the air, from watching a TV set.

Ummm.....didn't the OK mag interview (granted, I read it in a shop) say she'd always liked him, he'd recently told her he really liked her, he just disliked the way she was with Alex in the house, and thast they were taking it slowly and seeing what would happen?

If they are sensible, they'll just become a couple without telling people - it increases chances of success and in all fairness, why should they tell us?

Spencer was with her on nearly every show, and they made it pretty obvious they are together.

Spencer- Basically Kates in love with me, but she doesn't want to be because she can't handle it.
