I can't stay awake past 11:30 normally I fall asleep, unless I've drunk and then can go on till 4 or 5

I think after Graham Norton show. I'm trying to break out of the habit of staying up until the early hours and then not getting up until late.

I really did not get tired I surprised myself. I worked all night, and at 8 am got up to get ready. The just add water kenco coffee i had at 8pm wasn't THAT good! :suspect: last time I did an all nighter between 5-6 I was ready to kill myself, and after 7 I had energy but this time I really just sailed on by
