One of my Sister's gave me a tip to remember easier when they go back and when they go forwards. She said just remember they 'Spring' forward in Spring, and 'Fall' back in the Fall (Autumn).

Or just

Spring Forward - Fall Back

Except here in the UK we don't have Fall, we have Autumn :nono:
