I hope it's as funny as Roy and Hayley's wedding on the train, they were some good episodes.

I have a feeling it will be all lighthearted stuff during the episode like the train/wedding episodes. I loved those episodes

No. I don't either. Betty's secret is obviously going to be that she's either a vegetarian or the hot pot wasn't her own.

Betty never claimed the Rovers, I think lol, I'm not sure what the legalities are...but that could mean that Stella doesnt own the Rovers :joker:

I have been thinking about this since Phil Collinson revealed the plot on This Morning this morning. When Annie Walker died, if she did not have a will, The Rovers would have surely gone to her son Billy? I know she didn't have a death as such (on screen) but she has been confirmed deceased in the soap.

Actually, I got the spoiler wrong, the Rovers was bequeathed to Betty

EDIT: No wait, it was in her will xD

"Betty carried this secret and never took up this bequest. So she's left behind a bit of a bombshell, really! Certainly for Stella in terms of who owns the pub now and what happens going forward.

I can't get my head around Annie owning the Rovers, wasn't there a big story where B&R had to take it over and then later Bet Lynch struggled to get the money to buy it from them.

I think I'll wait until this all airs because my head is hurting trying to work it all out.

As far as Stella not actually owning the Rovers, I wonder if this ties in with Gloria Price coming to Stella's rescue.
