I'm going to choose Message in a Bottle over Brick in the Wall. This is only because, in my opinion, this particular Floyd song has been done to death (like Led Zep's Stairway and Queen's and Bohemian Rhapsody). Outside the context of the album I'd be happy to never hear it again.

Other than this particular song... The Floyd, allllllllllllll day long.
